When will my preorder ship?

Preorders are produced in batches. We’ll share an estimated shipping window at checkout and send updates as production and QC are completed.

What is the preorder upgrade option?

With a preorder of the Heyer Signature 18K, you can add a certified second paddle for +$139. This upgrade pricing is only available during the preorder period.

Can I change my paddle choice after preordering?

You may request a paddle change before production begins. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to stock and timing.

Do you offer refunds on preorders?

If you change your mind before your paddle enters production, we can process a refund or store credit. Once production starts, cancellations are limited—please see our full refund policy for details.

How does shipping work?

We ship directly to your address and provide tracking once your order leaves our warehouse. Orders above $200 qualify for free shipping.

Which paddle is best for beginners?

Our fiberglass beginner paddle and Beginner Bundle are designed specifically for new players who want a forgiving, easy-to-use setup.

Do you ship outside Singapore?

Yes, we plan to support selected regions. Shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout based on your address.
